Dubai – Safety and stability above all
In connection with the current tensions in the Middle East between some regional countries, especially Iran and Israel, we consider it important to inform you about the position of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai within international politics.

1⃣ Neutral, stable, trustworthy Dubai has long been seen as the Switzerland of the Middle East. The UAE maintains exceptionally balanced relations with both the West (including close cooperation with the United States) and its neighboring states in the region, including Iran. This diplomatic neutrality allows the country to act as a mediator and stabilizing element in regional crises.
2⃣ Security and trust even in turbulent times The UAE – and Dubai in particular – remains one of the safest places in the world to live and invest. At a time when some parts of the region are experiencing heightened tensions, Dubai maintains calm, legal certainty and a stable environment for foreign capital.
3⃣ Support from the West, openness to the East The UAE actively cooperates with the US on the development of infrastructure, technology and energy. At the same time, it continues to engage in pragmatic trade dialogue with Iran and other countries in the region. This ability to maintain balance makes Dubai a reliable partner for investors from around the world.
4⃣ History confirms Dubai’s stability Dubai has repeatedly demonstrated resilience even during periods of global upheaval, let’s look at a few specific examples.
🔷 *COVID-19 Pandemic (2020–2021):* Dubai was one of the first cities in the world to implement digital solutions for people movement, open to tourists and implement an effective vaccination program. The real estate market recovered quickly and has seen a sharp increase in prices and demand since 2021.
🔷 *War in Ukraine (from 2022):* While Europe faced energy uncertainty and inflationary pressures, Dubai remained a stable destination for capital from Eastern Europe, Russia and the West. Investors sought security – and found it in the UAE.
🔷 *Interest rate growth (2022–2023):* Despite global monetary tightening, the Dubai market has maintained high liquidity, as most purchases here take place without credit financing.
